Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 3–4 business days after order confirmation.

- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- During sales, promotional campaigns, or peak shopping seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver orders across Pakistan through Leopards Courier using Cash on Delivery (COD) service.

Estimated delivery times:

- Major Cities: 2–4 business days

- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value. Any free shipping offer will be clearly displayed on our website during the promotion period.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where applicable). Customers can use this tracking number to monitor the shipment through Leopards Courier.

Delivery Attempts

Leopards Courier may attempt delivery more than once. If the order remains undelivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the shipment may be returned to Fashion Nagar.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Fashion Nagar will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Inspection at Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect the parcel before making payment. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please report it to the courier immediately and contact our customer support.

Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Fashion Nagar is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, government restrictions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
